Are towels provided?
Guests should bring their own towels. Towels are also available for purchase at the Turtle Island retail store.
Is a waiver required?
Yes! Waivers are required for any person who wishes to enter the water at Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark. You can download the waiver here.
Can you bring outside food and drinks?
No, Turtle Island Indoor Water Park does not allow outside food, drinks or coolers into the water park. Dietary restrictions, food allergies and baby formula are exceptions to this rule but must be identified and labeled with the date of entry once a guest arrives by an employee at our admissions desk. No glass of any kind is permitted in the water park which includes baby formula and baby food.
What is your policy on firearms and weapons?
We promote a safe and family friendly atmosphere. All guests are prohibited from bringing in any weapons of any kind onto the premises. Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark does not hold weapons at Guest Services, and does not provide weapon lockers. We ask off-duty law enforcement to identify themselves upon entry if they plan on bringing in concealed weapons.
Weapons include, but are not limited to: firearms, knives, explosives, handcuffs, batons, pepper spray, brass knuckles, throwing stars, and any other instrument that can be used to cause bodily harm.
Guests found in possession of any weapon will be asked to remove the item from the premises immediately. Those that do not comply may be ejected from the waterpark.
Can I bring my own music?
Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark provides family-friendly music and a variety of genres. Outside speakers and music of any kind are not permitted at Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark.

Where do you purchase water park armbands on-site?
Water park armbands can be purchased at the water park front desk. They are not available for purchase at the Sky Dancer Casino and Resort front desk.
Do I need to purchase a pass for my infant?
Children ages 3 and under are free at Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark and can enter the waterpark with the purchase of an adult wristband.
Do I need to purchase a wristband if I am not planning on getting into the water?
Yes, all guests of Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark must have on a wristband to enter the waterpark.
If I got separated from my party, where do I go?
If you get separated from your party, go to any Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark employee for immediate assistance. We take separated parties very seriously and can assist with the use of two-way radios in reuniting parties. The PA system will only be used in the case of emergency.
Can you pre-purchase tickets for future dates?
Yes, tickets can be purchased for future dates, but only online, not on-site. Purchase tickets online here.
Where is the water park located?
We are connected to Sky Dancer Casino and Resort. Our address is 3965 Sky Dancer Way NE, Belcourt, ND 58316.
Do you offer package deals with Sky Dancer Casino and Resort?
Not yet, but package deals will be offered soon!
Is water park admission included with a hotel stay at Sky Dancer Casino and Resort?
No, the water park is not included with a hotel room unless a water park ticket is purchased.
Are there any restrictions for those with prosthetic devices?
Guests with prosthetic devices are permitted on all attractions as long as they can assume proper riding positions without issue, such as crossing their legs and arms for body slides.
Where do I go if I lose something in the waterpark?
We periodically search our attractions for lost items throughout the operating day. All found items are taken to the Admissions Desk and cataloged. If a guest loses an item a Lost and Found Report should be completed. Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark will do everything possible to reunite lost items to the rightful owner. Any clothing items and towels will be discarded at the end of the day. Due to storage capacity, all lost items are subject to being discarded at the discretion of management. Turtle Island Indoor Water Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Is there a place to store my belongings inside the waterpark?
Various sized and priced lockers are available near our restrooms. Guests not using lockers are advised that Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark is not responsible for lost or stolen items. This includes items left on the pool deck, locker rooms, and/or chairs.
Is smoking allowed in the waterpark?
Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark is a non-smoking facility, prohibiting the use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) within the waterpark.
If guests want to leave the waterpark property to smoke, they will be re-admitted into the waterpark if they are wearing a wristband purchased that day.
Does Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark offer rain checks?
All attractions remain open during inclement weather. Thus, refunds or rain checks are not offered.
Can I buy tickets for my party even though they are not here yet?
Unfortunately, due to capacity, each guest in your party must be present to purchase tickets and be banded by Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark Staff. No tickets will be held for guests arriving later in the day.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark accepts all major credit cards and cash. Please note, a valid photo ID is required when using credit or debit cards. For your convenience, an ATM is available for use.
How much does it cost for parking?
Parking is always free at Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark.
