Park Policy & Safety Guidelines
Your safety at Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark is our first priority. For a fun, family experience, please adhere to our general guidelines below and the safety protocols outlined on-site at each attraction.
- All bathers must shower before entering the pool.
- CHILDREN UNDER 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER FOR THEIR SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR WHILE AT THE BATHING FACILITY.
- Glass bottles and other hazardous objects are prohibited within the waterpark.
- People who appear to be affected with cuts, skin disease, communicable disease, colds, fever, infection or other public health concerns are prohibited from entering the water.
- No spitting or bodily fluids in the pool.
- No person shall bring or throw inside the facility any object that may endanger the safety of any person.
- NO ROUGH HOUSING, RUNNING, OR DIVING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE WATERPARK.
- Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited from entering the pool.
- No outside food, drinks, or coolers are allowed inside the water park. All coolers and outside containers are subject to search and any disallowed items will be confiscated or returned to the owner before entry into the water park.
- Consumption of food & beverages in the swimming pool is prohibited.
- Tobacco use of any kind including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and chewing tobacco is prohibited inside the waterpark.
- Proper swimming attire is always required, including bathing suits, board shorts, or rash guards. Denim shorts, thongs, Brazilian/G-String bathing suits or similar are considered inappropriate attire and are not allowed. Swimwear must also not have buttons, snaps, rivets, or zippers.
- Diaper aged children are required to wear swim diapers when inside the pool area and are available for purchase in the Retail Shop.
- All diapers must be changed inside locker room areas.
- All animals, except for service animals, are prohibited from entering the waterpark.
- Weak or non-swimmers are encouraged to use life vests inside swimming areas.
- Life vests are prohibited on all body slides.
- Outside flotation devices are prohibited except for U.S. Coast Guard Approved Lifejackets.
- Turtle Island Waterpark is not responsible for lost or stolen items and urges its guests to leave valuables in lockers, cars, or at home.
- The pool water is subject to temporary closure at the discretion of management.
- Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark reserves the right to refuse service without refund to any guest that is unruly, uses profane language, or is violent.
- Rules are posted at the entrances of all attractions including height and weight requirements for slides.
- Contact any waterpark staff member for any emergency needs.
- Always obey waterpark staff instruction when enjoying the facility and its attractions.
- Pregnant women or individuals with a history of heart problems or back trouble should not use the attractions.
- FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURIES AND EXPULSION FROM THE WATER PARK.
Turtle Island Indoor Waterpark does not allow outside food, drinks or coolers into the waterpark. Dietary restrictions, food allergies and baby formula are exceptions to this rule but must be identified and labeled with the date of entry once a guest arrives by an employee at our admissions desk. No glass of any kind is permitted in the waterpark which includes baby formula and baby food.
